Head across the Selfridges foodhall in the Oxford Street department store to the butchers counter were you will find not only the Gear itself but also everything you need to make the Prunes, Bacon and Trotter dish featured on the website. You'll also find red and white wines from St. John and copies of Beyond Nose to Tail by Fergus Henderson which includes a whole section devoted to Trotter Gear.
